Delivery

SO Jewellery endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If your order is placed before 2:00pm (UK time) and the item is available in stock, in all likelihood it will be dispatched the same day. During busy periods or if the item is temporally out of stock orders will be dispatched within 1-5 days. You will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order if your item is currently out of stock and SO Jewellery will inform you of the estimated date you should expect your items.  If there is any delay in your order arriving please feel free to contact us – hello@so-jewellery.co.uk.

Once products have been dispatched in the UK they normally arrive in 1-3 days and international orders can take up to 10 days depending on customs. Parcels which are not delivered or are late are the responsibility of the carrier and not of SO-Jewellery, as this is out of our control.
Our parcels are usually sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, unless otherwise stated and therefore require a signature when the are delivered. If you are unable to sign for your package, items sent by Royal mail will be held at your local sorting office. Recorded Delivery items, Special Delivery & International Signed For will be held for 3 weeks after which time it will be returned to SO-Jewellery. Alternative couriers will leave a relevant card that will inform you of how to have your parcel re-delivered and how long the item will be held before returning to SO-Jewellery.

Before placing urgent orders contact hello@so-jewellery.co.uk to ensure we can meet your time scale. To ensure a speedy delivery some products may arrive in separate packages depending on items ordered. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control. If a package has been returned to SO Jewellery because delivery was not possible the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Products can be returned to SO-Jewellery whatever the reason, we understand the difficultly ordering jewellery and hair ornaments online so we are happy to take back items which aren’t suitable. We would love to help you find a suitable replacement if you require it. Most brides who have used this service are extremely pleased with the end results as sometimes things require an different set of eyes and an unbiased opinion, contact jo@so-jewellery.co.uk for this service.

All items must be returned to and accepted by SO Jewellery within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in the condition that they were sent and in their original packaging. Unfortunately earrings for pieced ears and necklace sets containing earrings can not be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items may be returned for an exchange only.

SO Jewellery require you to contact us before returning your order, email hello@so-jewellery.co.uk. You will then receive a unique return number which must be displayed on the outer packaging. We reserve the right to reject a return if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy. If an item is returned in either an unsuitable condition, without a return number or outside of our excepted timescale we immediately resend it back to the customer. All return items which are valued below £50 must be returned by Royal Mail recorded delivery and all items above £50 are to be sent by Royal Mail special delivery. We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.

It is very difficult for us because we want to be as flexible and friendly as we can for the brides who do need to return items for genuine reasons, however our generous returns policy has been taken advantage of before therefore SO Jewellery’s decision on accepting or rejecting a return is final.
